Corey Kewei XU

Dr. Corey XU is an assistant professor at the Innovation, Policy, and Entrepreneurship (IPE) Thrust of the Society Hub of The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou). He obtained his Ph.D. in Public Administration from Florida State University. His training is in Public Policy,  Public Administration, and Public Management. His research utilizes a variety of advanced research methods including Machine Learning, Text Analysis, Network Analysis, Agent-Based Modeling, and others. His main research interest focuses on how technology shapes government decisionmaking and its impact on the efficiency and equity of public policy and public service. His work has appeared in Public Administration Review, PNAS, Applied Energy, and other journals.
